Caravans are parked inside a building and may be ready for collection 48 hours before the agreed hand-over time.

Arrangement by telephone generally followed up by a visit to see the site. Completed contracts and payments run from the day you actually bring your caravan, motor home, boat etc.

On agreement you will be given a personal number, which will be attached to your caravan. In addition, you must select a three- digit personal security number that will be shown on your agreement. This is for the security of your caravan and should not be disclosed to anyone else.

Collection and delivery may only be made between 8am and 8pm unless special arrangements have previously been arranged.

All units are unhitched in the drive and a member of staff carries out parking to prevent anyone else bumping into your caravan.
